About JCI Energy Resources
A multinational Guyana-founded conglomerate established with operations and strategic presence across Nigeria, Guyana, and the United States of America.
Built as one connected value chain
The Group operates across multiple interconnected sectors of the global energy and infrastructure value chain, with core interests spanning energy solutions, petroleum and commodities trading, maritime services, marine infrastructure, dredging, land reclamation, coastal protection, transportation, logistics, and related infrastructure development.
JCI Energy Resources was established to develop and deliver reliable, efficient, and commercially viable solutions to clients, governments, institutions, investors, and strategic partners across emerging and international markets. The Company is supported by a multidisciplinary management and professional team with more than ten (10) years of combined industry experience across energy, petroleum, maritime, logistics, infrastructure, and related sectors.
Since our founding, JCI has grown by treating each sector not as a standalone business line, but as part of one connected value chain — a structure that lets the Group respond to opportunities spanning trading, logistics, and infrastructure execution in a single engagement, rather than requiring clients to coordinate multiple vendors across multiple contracts.
That structure reflects a deliberate choice in how JCI was built. Emerging and international markets often present opportunities that don't fit neatly into a single sector — an energy supply agreement that also requires marine logistics, or an infrastructure project that depends on both dredging and long-term coastal protection. Rather than referring clients elsewhere for the parts of a project outside a narrow specialty, JCI was structured from the outset to keep that capability in-house.
A respected multinational conglomerate connecting markets
To become a respected multinational energy, infrastructure, maritime, and logistics conglomerate, connecting markets and creating sustainable value across Africa, the Americas, and other strategic international markets.
We measure that vision not by size alone, but by the durability of the relationships we build — with governments, institutions, and partners who return to JCI because the Group delivers on what it commits to.
Respect, in this context, is earned transaction by transaction — through consistent delivery on trading commitments, disciplined project execution, and a track record that partners can rely on when structuring their own long-term plans around JCI.
Reliable solutions and enduring relationships
To deliver reliable, innovative, and commercially viable solutions across the energy and infrastructure value chains while building enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, financial institutions, governments, contractors, investors, and strategic partners.
This mission guides how JCI approaches every stakeholder relationship — not as a single transaction to close, but as a relationship worth sustaining across multiple engagements, markets, and years.
A growing international footprint
JCI Energy Resources maintains a growing international footprint through its operations and strategic business interests in three markets.
Caribbean / South American Headquarters
Guyana anchors headquarters operations in a market experiencing rapid energy-sector growth.
African commercial & energy-sector operations
Nigeria gives JCI a commercial base in one of Africa's largest energy economies.
International business & investment
The United States provides the investment, banking, and strategic-partnership infrastructure that underwrites cross-border transactions across the other two markets.
This geographic structure enables the Group to connect African, Caribbean, South American, and North American markets, creating opportunities for cross-border trade, investment, energy supply, logistics, infrastructure development, and strategic partnerships.
Each location plays a distinct role within the Group — positioning JCI to move opportunities, and capital, across three continents without leaving the Group's own network.
This footprint also shapes how JCI evaluates new opportunities. A project or transaction is rarely assessed against a single market in isolation — the Group looks at how an opportunity in one country connects to capability, capital, or demand in another, and structures its involvement accordingly. Over time, this is intended to extend JCI's reach further into adjacent African, Caribbean, and South American markets as the Group's platform matures.
A single point of accountability
JCI Energy Resources adopts a multidisciplinary and integrated approach to business, combining expertise across energy, petroleum, maritime, infrastructure, transportation, and logistics to develop coordinated solutions for complex commercial requirements.
This integrated model enables JCI to work with clients and partners requiring multiple services across different stages of a project or transaction.
In practice, this means a single point of accountability for multi-stage engagements — whether that's sourcing a cargo of refined product, arranging its marine transport, and coordinating inland logistics to final delivery, or supporting a coastal-infrastructure project from dredging through to reclamation and protection works.
It also means fewer handoffs. When one organization manages sourcing, marine transport, and inland delivery, there are fewer points where a project can lose time, information, or accountability between contractors — which matters most on the projects where timing and coordination carry the greatest commercial risk.
From participant to originator
JCI Energy Resources is building an international business platform capable of participating in major opportunities across the energy, petroleum, maritime, infrastructure, logistics, and investment sectors.
With a presence in Nigeria, Guyana and the United States, the Group seeks to establish strategic partnerships, develop cross-border commercial opportunities, participate in major infrastructure and energy projects, and create long-term value for its stakeholders.
JCI's long-term objective is to develop a diversified and internationally recognized conglomerate with the capacity to originate, execute, finance, and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
As global energy markets shift and infrastructure needs grow across emerging economies, JCI intends to expand its role from participant to originator — identifying opportunities early, structuring the commercial and financing frameworks around them, and executing with the Group's own operational capability rather than relying solely on third parties.
This direction is underpinned by three priorities the Group is actively pursuing:
Deepening strategic partnerships
With financial institutions, governments, and industry counterparts across all three markets.
Expanding operational capacity
In maritime, dredging, and logistics infrastructure to support larger and more complex projects.
Broadening the trading platform
To serve a wider range of energy and petroleum products across new and existing markets.
