  • Lagos, Nigeria — African commercial and energy-sector operations
  • Las Vegas, United States — International business and investment

Products & Services

Sourcing and trading, marine transport and logistics, inland delivery, and the coastal infrastructure that underpins it all — engaged individually or end to end.

Four capabilities across one supply chain

Energy & Petroleum

Sourcing, marketing, trading, supply, and distribution of crude oil, LNG, and refined petroleum products — including AGO/Diesel, Jet Fuel/ATF, LPG, and Base Oils — across domestic and international markets.

Maritime & Marine Services

Marine logistics, vessel support and chartering, and marine infrastructure supporting offshore and coastal operations.

Dredging, Land Reclamation & Coastal Protection

Marine construction, shoreline development, erosion control, and environmental works that support infrastructure and coastal resilience.

Transportation & Logistics

Road transportation and logistics solutions moving petroleum products, commodities, equipment, and commercial cargo.

Trading across the petroleum value chain

JCI Energy Resources is actively engaged in the energy and petroleum trading value chain, with a focus on the sourcing, marketing, trading, supply, and distribution of crude oil and refined petroleum products across domestic and international markets.

LNG

Liquified Natural Gas

JCI participates in the sourcing and trading of LNG as part of its broader energy portfolio, supporting clients and partners whose supply requirements extend beyond crude and refined products into gas-based energy solutions.

As global demand shifts toward lower-carbon-intensity fuel sources, LNG has become an increasingly central part of JCI's trading portfolio, and the Group continues to build out the sourcing relationships and logistics capability needed to serve this segment reliably.

Crude Oil

Crude Oil Trading & Marketing

  • Crude Oil Trading & Marketing
  • Sourcing and supply of crude oil
  • International crude oil trading and commercial transactions
  • Coordination of crude oil logistics and supply-chain requirements

Crude oil trading sits at the center of JCI's energy business, and it is where the Group's cross-border network is most directly put to work — sourcing relationships in one market, buyer relationships in another, and the marine and logistics capability to connect the two.

Refined

Refined Petroleum Products

  • Automotive Gas Oil (AGO / Diesel)
  • Jet Fuel / Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF)
  • LPG
  • Base Oils
  • Other Related Petroleum Products

These products serve a broad base of commercial, industrial, aviation, and institutional clients across the markets in which JCI operates, with supply arrangements structured around each client's volume and delivery-schedule requirements.

From sourcing through to final delivery, JCI structures crude oil transactions to meet the specific volume, quality, and delivery requirements of institutional and commercial buyers, coordinating the logistics chain so that trading commitments translate into reliable, on-time supply.

Because refined products span aviation, transport, and industrial use cases, JCI works with each client to align product specification and delivery scheduling with the operational realities of their sector — whether that's an airline's fuel uptake schedule or an industrial buyer's storage and consumption cycle.

Our Trading Capabilities at a Glance

Sourcing and procurement across international supply networks

Commercial structuring and contract negotiation

Coordination of shipping, marine transport, and delivery logistics

Quality and specification verification aligned to buyer requirements

Ongoing supply relationships, not single-transaction arrangements

Maritime & Marine Services

The Group provides and coordinates maritime and marine-related services, including:

  • Marine Logistics
  • Vessel support and Chartering
  • Marine Infrastructure, and associated offshore and coastal operations

JCI's maritime capability underpins much of its broader trading and logistics business — moving cargo reliably by sea is often the difference between a trading commitment being met and being missed, and it is treated as a core operational strength rather than an outsourced function.

This capability supports both JCI's own trading operations and third-party clients who require vessel access, charter arrangements, or marine infrastructure support independent of a trading relationship with the Group.

Dredging & Land Reclamation

JCI undertakes and supports dredging, land reclamation, shoreline development, and marine construction projects designed to support infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and coastal development.

These projects often form the physical foundation for the broader infrastructure and energy developments the Group participates in — reclaiming and preparing land ahead of terminal, port, or industrial construction.

This work is particularly relevant to fast-growing coastal economies like Guyana's, where new energy and port infrastructure often depends on land that has to be reclaimed and stabilized before construction can begin.

Coastal Protection & Marine Infrastructure

The Company provides solutions relating to coastal protection, erosion control, shoreline stabilization, marine infrastructure, and related environmental and civil works.

Given JCI's operations across coastal markets in Guyana, Nigeria, and the wider Caribbean and West African regions, coastal resilience is a recurring requirement for clients and governments alike — one the Group is positioned to address alongside its trading and logistics services rather than as a separate specialty.

Governments and institutional partners increasingly treat coastal protection as a long-term infrastructure priority rather than a one-time project, and JCI's combined dredging, reclamation, and protection capability is structured to support that kind of ongoing, multi-phase relationship.

Transportation & Logistics

JCI provides road transportation and logistics solutions supporting the movement of petroleum products, commodities, equipment, materials, and other commercial cargo.

This inland capability closes the loop on JCI's supply chain — connecting marine-delivered cargo to its final destination without requiring clients to arrange a separate transportation partner.

Whether it's fuel moving from port to depot or equipment moving to a project site, JCI's logistics team coordinates scheduling, routing, and handling requirements as part of the same engagement that begins with sourcing and trading — not as a disconnected, separately-contracted step.

One chain, not separate business lines

Viewed end to end, JCI's products and services form a single chain rather than a set of separate business lines. Clients can engage JCI at any point in that chain, or across the whole of it.

Sourcing & trading

Crude oil, refined products, and LNG.

Marine transport

Marine logistics, vessel support, and chartering.

Inland delivery

Road transportation to final destination.

Supporting infrastructure

Dredging, land reclamation, and coastal protection underpinning it all.
